Vermeil pieces are a great alternative to solid gold pieces. The base is solid 925 Sterling Silver with a thick coat of 18K Gold.

The shade of gold is the exact same as a Solid 14K Gold piece. If you have the budget, Vermeil is the way to go.

If you're ordering a Vermeil Pendant, the chain will also be made with 925 Sterling Silver.

These pieces are stamped with '925'.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. 

Failed Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (EXOTIC BADDIE) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
